Personal good bye letter when case transfers

        --- Write the child a personal letter—tell them what makes them special or challenges you know they overcame.

             Tell them what you enjoyed doing with them and recall any special times.

        --- Is this an adoption? Do the same thing. It’s called “a blessing page”
